• Qualifies the player for the Maid class.
  • If the player is wearing a Magical Maid Outfit, also qualifies them as a Magical Girl.
  • If the player is wearing a Black Latex Fetish Hobble Dress, also qualifies them as a Latex Fetish Model.
• If the player is wearing a Magical Maid Outfit when they faint, the outfit and their current headdress are removed and cannot be spawned again.
• When the player makes the Orc climax by Grinding on him during the Seduction minigame, their maid headdress can transform into a Stripper Maid Headdress.
• When worn or summoned, spawns the Pink Spraybottle (if the player isn't holding it already)
• When worn or summoned, spawns an outfit. The game will try to summon the least slutty outfit possible, but will skip outfits if the player's Humiliation score is already past a certain threshold or if the item already exists somewhere in the game world. See the table below:

The default headgear quest for maid headdresses is the Cleaning Quest. It is progressed whenever the player finishes cleaning up a puddle.
