This lacy hair-band has a teddybear adorning one side. It's a cosplay piece designed to go with a maid cafe uniform.
Ways of Obtaining
- If the player's waitress score is 3 or higher when they dip a Waitress Vessel into something besides a Milk Tank and they don't have Breast Implants.
- If the player spills a Waitress Vessel, they are wearing a Black Maid Headdress, and the vessel didn't contain Milk

Effect
- Dipping a Waitress Vessel into a Milk Tank increments the waitress score by 1.
- When a Maid Outfit is hit by a transformative effect, causes it to be transformed into a Cafe Maid Outfit
- Increases the chance of the player getting the Nintendolls Waitress Epilogue Job
- When worn or summoned, always spawns the Cafe Maid Outfit instead of one from the normal table (if it can)
- When worn or summoned, spawns Cafe Maid Stockings.
