A blue themed scrunchie that can be worn by itself to give the player a ponytail or worn with an identical scrunchie to give the player pigtails. As with most scrunchies, this not a single "unique" item but a pair of them. Associated with the Schoolgirl class.

Effects

• Qualifies the player for the Schoolgirl class.
  • Depending on what is worn with it, also qualifies the player for the following Multiclasses (note that besides magical girl, they stack):
    • Magical Girl, when worn with a Magical Dress.
    • Cheerleader, when worn with Pom-Poms or a Cheerleader Outfit.
    • Silicone Queen, when worn with Brat themed clothing.
    • If the player has any clothes with used condoms pinned to them, they will also qualify as Condom Collector
      • If the player already qualifies as a Cheerleader and a Silicone Queen, they will qualify as a Cumdumpster as well.
• Increases the player's Magic Power by 1 whenever the player crafts something.
• Significantly increases the chances of crafting a blessed item
• Causes "class" events to take place when sitting on the Lecture Chair in the hotel.
  • Player must be wearing exactly one scrunchie.
  • Player must not be Lucky.
  • The player will get a different scene if Bukkake Fetish is disabled.
• When summoned, spawns a few items:
  • As first scrunchie:
    • Tartan Tube Top
    • Necktie
    • Tartan Miniskirt
    • Fishnet Stockings
  • As second or as a pair of scrunchies:
    • If player has Breast Implants, Daddy Issues Dress
    • If the player doesn't have implants, Cheeky Schoolgirl Outfit
    • If the player doesn't have implants, Frilly Stockings
    • If the player is wearing neither Knickers nor Trousers, Purple Pom-Poms.
• Increases the chance of finding recipes in chests

Headgear Quest

The headgear quest for the blue scrunchie is the Recipe Crafting quest. It can be progressed by crafting using a Recipe the player has already memorized. Crafting a recipe the player doesn't know will not work. The player will get a Ruby Ring the first time they complete the quest. See Quests.
