Ways of Obtaining
- Roleplay Fetish
- Only if the player's starting sex is female and Pregnancy Fetish is enabled.
- If the player is a vaginal virgin, and they experience any of the following situations:
- Becoming Pregnant
- Picking up a cursed Fertility Idol
- The Knock Me Up With debug command.
