• Taking a leak in the woods while prone.
• Getting untied by the Hellhound npc
• Chance when eating out of a Hotel Feeding Bowl
• Eating out of the Slut School Food Machine while the player is wrist bound behind their back.

The headgear quest for the Puppy Ears is the Obedience Quest. It is progressed when kneeling in front of a Human NPC with health points equal or greater than their max health points.
