A pink themed headgear associated with the Fairy. Appears on players who get pregnant while still a virgin or on player subjected to lots of fairy magic.

A pink rose, with glittering fairy dust collected in the space between its petals.

Ways of Obtaining

Roleplay Fetish
- Only if the player's starting sex is female and Pregnancy Fetish is enabled.
If the player is a vaginal virgin, and they experience any of the following situations:
- Becoming Pregnant
- Picking up a cursed Fertility Idol
- The Knock Me Up With debug command.
- Swapping pregnancies with Barbara
- Touching the foot of the Sex Statue in the Woods
- Taking the Elevator to the "Childbirth Experience" room in the Hotel.
