Ways of Obtaining

• Pick it up from the Statue Room in the Mansion
  • The player must get at least 10 points of progress in the Master of Bondage quest

Stone Quest

The Master of Bondage quest is progressed each time the player defeats an NPC while bound at the wrists. Fairies are worth 3 points of progress, while other npc's are worth 1 each.
