The spiked, or "tongued" tiara is a biological headgear that is obtained by wearing lots of [[Demonic]] items. Like all tongued items, it will sometimes "lick" the player, keeping them turned on for longer periods of time.

==Description==
This black spiked tiara has small regular spikes along the front, giving it a rather sinister feel. Multiple living tongues snake down from under its body to hug your ears, chin, and anything else they can reach.

==Ways of Obtaining==
* Triggering the third stage of [[Doom]] progresssion whilst wearing a [[Flower Hairclip]]

* Wearing a [[Demonic]] item at the same time as a [[Flower Hairclip]]

* Qualifies the player as a member of the [[Symbiote]] class.
** If the headgear quest attached to the tiara is the [[Flower Hairclip|virginity retention quest]], and the player is still a [[Virginity (Trap Quest)|vaginal virgin]], they also qualify as a [[Virgin Warrior]].
** If the player is wearing a [[Demonic Milking Bascque]], also qualifies them as a [[Royal Slave]].
** If the hat is pink, also qualifies the player as a [[Silicone Queen]]
* When the player gains [[Artificial Enhancements|breast implants]], the hat turns pink if the player's [[Bust Size (Trap Quest)]] is high enough.
* When worn or summoned, but not when transformed into, [[Transformation|transforms]] non-demonic items the player is already wearing according to the following table:
