** Satisfying an npc through [[Submissive Sex|licking]] triggers a [[Priestess]] blessing.

* Praying at the [[Dungeon Altar]] or the [[Dark Altar]] allows the player to acquire [[Ritual Beads]].
* For a non-virgin, praying at the dungeon altar will reward the player based on the number of used [[Condoms]] attached to the headband:
*** [[BUC|blesses]] the headband
*** [[Quest|Progresses]] the Priestess Vaginal Service Quest.
*** Increases the [[Magic Modifier]] of the player's currently worn [[Priestess Outfit]] by 1.
* If the player's [[Broodmother|wasp counter]] is 50 or higher, causes the player to take more [[Body Soreness|damage]] from attacks that hit their face.
* When worn or summoned, spawns the following items:
** [[Flowing Priestess Outfit]], if the headband is pure.
** [[Cameltoe Priestess Outfit]], if it isn't.

==Headgear Quest==
The runic headband can have two quests, the "virgin" quest, which is called the Priestess Service Quest, and the "nonvirgin" quest, which is called the Priestess Vaginal Service Quest. Both quests are progressed when the player sexually satisfies npc's while [[Ritual Beads]] are fully inserted.

The vaginal service variant specifically requires "service" in the form of vaginal sex, and depending on the level of [[Condom Fetish]] enabled, can also be progressed by having sex with [[Male NPC]]'s wearing condoms if the ritual beads aren't available or inserted properly.
